PC Repair Tracker

Generating a 403 error for some reason. Using the standard out-of-the-box setup with just the Store Hash token configured in the URL.

The reply your server is giving is: 403 Forbidden - You don't have permission to access /pcrt/repair/scancircle2pcrt.php
on this server. (Apache/2.4.23 (Unix) Server at *** Port 80)

That's strange because I can access it using a browser and the interface configuration is okay. Maybe your server blocks post requests and/or access by cURL? I wil send you an e-mail. Let's continue this discussion by e-mail and I will post the final result here once we get it solved.

Hi

I have setup the pcrt intergration, however partner scan's are not linking to the work order, I get an error at the bottom of the email "Connection refused (7)"

It looks like your server is refusing the cURL connection. Have you checked your firewall logs? Maybe it is because of the port that you specified. I also noticed that you are not using https (should not be a problem). I have sent you an email. Let's see if we can solve this one together.

Thanks for Getting me going earlier on Arnoud, it's working perfectly now, however the partner scan doesn't seem to add office keys, do I just need to add a field within PCRT for this?

Sorry, I wasn't notified of you new message (I'll check that). ScanCircle currently only retrieves the Windows product key (not the Office key).

Turns out that the anti-spam mechanism in the new hosting system blocked these email notifications. This has now been solved so all subscribers should be notified again.

Updated for release 2.8: new Notifications user interface and added the pre and post user hooks.
